Our journey begins at Santa Cruz Farm in Española, where the Bustos family has farmed for over 400 years—growing organic vegetables and berries using solar power and water from one of only two north-flowing acequias in New Mexico.

Next, we visit Pueblo of Tesuque Farm, where traditional farming practices are thoughtfully revived and paired with sustainable methods. This stop features a visit to their Seed Bank, a vital keeper of ancestral seeds and knowledge.

The day culminates in our return to the Railyard, where guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, wine, and a seated meal prepared by Celebrity Chef Ray Naranjo. Chef Naranjo will be serving his acclaimed cuisine, which honors Indigenous traditions coupled with refined, contemporary flair from Manko, his Native American Fusion food truck.  *Manko/Mang-ko/ Manko: (verb) Tewa for “come and eat"
